Norbert Dohmen, CEO of IRS Holding GmbH, will be leaving the IRS Group at the end of June to pursue a new professional direction.

Dohmen had been CEO of the IRS Group since 2017 and was simultaneously responsible for the management of IRS Karosserie & Lack GmbH and IRS Schadenzentrum GmbH.

With the departure of Norbert Dohmen, CFO Dirk Wischnewski will initially act as management spokesman. The business economist has been responsible for the finance division of the IRS Group since 2019. Frank Gerardy, previously Managing Director of the Body and Paint Division, will join the management of IRS Holding on July 1.

The IRS Group is the leading European group in the fields of Smart Repair, body and paint repairs and hail damage repair. The network offers all services related to the preparation and repair of vehicle bodywork and interior for used, rental, accident and leasing vehicles. Within the group of companies, more than 2,200 employees work at 140 locations.
