A new approach to maintenance.

The focus of the IRS Group is on the valeting and repair of cars and trucks. As a leading provider in Europe, our range of services includes spot painting, bodywork repair and painting, dent and hail damage repair without painting, as well as wheel rim repair and vehicle valeting.

We handle the claims management of major hail incidents for our customers just as professionally and efficiently as the accidental damage of an insurance customer or the valeting of the bodywork and interior of a returned leased vehicle.

Our customer base includes car dealerships, car insurers and loss adjusters as well as numerous fleet operators and leasing companies in Germany, the UK and Scandinavia.

CEO IRS Group

Successful expertise in the automotive claims market and a clear focus on customer needs: These are just two of the attributes that distinguish Matthias Rolinski and which our CEO applies to the IRS Group.

After a successful career in the automotive environment, including 7 years in a leading position at Carglass Germany, Matthias Rolinski switched industries in 2017 to Amplifon Deutschland GmbH. Under his leadership, the global market leader for hearing aid acoustics has become a top provider in Germany with more than 550 of its own specialist stores and 2,000 employees.

But the business economist was drawn back to the automotive industry. During his time at Carglass, Matthias Rolinski helped shape the rise of the industry leader in sales and marketing and, most recently, as Customer Director, was responsible for operations, sales and key account management.

At the IRS Group, in addition to growth through acquisitions, he is also focusing on optimizing processes in order to offer B2B partners and end customers all services related to the repair and reconditioning of vehicles from a single source.
