Expansion of structures at Intelligent Repair Solutions Holding GmbH:

Since 01/09/2018, Frank Gerardy has been Director of Customer Relations within the Body & Paint Division of the IRS Group, in addition to holding a position as Managing Director of Frank Gerardy GmbH. In this capacity, he is a member of the Management Board and will support Bo Jacobsen in his function as COO.

Frank Gerardy puts the IRS Group in an excellent position to continue pursuing its strategic objectives and maintain its quality leadership.

The Koblenz-based entrepreneur, who has been running and continuously expanding his successful business with head offices in Polch and Koblenz for as many as 16 years, is a qualified master vehicle paint technician himself and possesses the required experience to represent the Department of Customer Relations.

Intelligent Repair Solutions Holding is Europe’s leading group in the fields of smart repair, body and paint work as well as hail damage repair on vehicle bodies. It offers the full range of services relating to the refurbishment and repair of the body and interior of used, hired, accident-damaged and leased vehicles. At present, more than 1,400 employees work within the group.

VASS-POINT and pierre.dk extends collaborative agreement

VASS-POINT and pierre.dk Autolakering A/S has just extended their collaborative agreement for the next seven years. VASS-POINT represents most dealers and service partners under the Volkswagen Group, and it is a deal of more than a hundred million dollars a year.

For the last five years, Europe’s most modern paint company, pierre.dk Autolakering A/S, has had a cooperation agreement with VASS-POINT, which represents the vast majority of Danish dealers and service partners under the Volkswagen Group.
For example, there are dealers and workshops that handles Skoda, Seat, Audi and Volkswagen.
Thus, there are two significant players in the automotive industry, which have now agreed to continue cooperation – a turnover of more than 15 million EUR annually.
