Intelligent Repair Solutions Holding takes over additional body and paint work businesses: Autozentrum Reinickendorf GmbH and Karosseriezentrum Lahr

The IRS Group, Intelligent Repair Solutions Group, based in Rellingen, is acquiring Autozentrum Reinickendorf GmbH from Berlin and Karosseriezentrum Lahr.

The Berlin-based company Autozentrum Reinickendorf GmbH, which was founded in 2008, is a certified body work specialist, cooperating with a great number of renowned partners from the automotive and insurance industries. The company carries out maintenance repairs for different kinds of vehicles. Its 33 employees, including six trainees, work with the most modern facilities and tools, using state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques and expert know-how.

The Karosseriezentrum Lahr has more than 40 years of experience in successful and high-end accident repair and painting. Many insurances and customers who do not want to go without extensive service rely on its high quality standards

Intelligent Repair Solutions Holding takes over wheelnews Production GmbH from the Haug Group

The IRS Group, Intelligent Repair Solutions Group, based in Rellingen, has acquired wheelnews Production GmbH from Freudenstadt as well as wheelnews Schweiz AG from Gretzenbach, Switzerland.

Dirk Springer, the company’s former managing director, will continue to direct the affairs of wheelnews, and the employees at both sites will also be kept on.
